Naah. Obvious routing loop. Sometimes a router gets confused, and sends all traffic that is supposed to go outwards through it, back at a router back down the chain from it. I had an inhouse net almost melt down from something like that once.

Looks like a router closed down a hop to me, but thats a guess... looks like maybe the hop count hit 16 and it closed the route or something and it was looping because someone wrote a static route.
