Because they are homophobic. They are afraid that if the enjoyed the stimulation back there, and others found out, that they would be thought of as homosexual. Homosexuality is not defined by actions, but by emotions and desires. I read in my human sexuality class that a significate percentage of college guys (~25%? I can't remember anymore) have experienced a homosexual encounter and still concider themselves heterosexual. So it's no big deal to enjoy anal stimulation. Just get over your puritain founded fears and give it a whirl. If you don't like it, you don't like it, no big deal. If you do, then you have another way to make yourself feel good.
