Just tried saying that with Yoda voice ... inserted a Yoda "mmMMMMmmm!" in between the two fragments ... and ended up laughing so hard ... :D

its funny. Yoda can fly around like a small asian karate guy, but still needs his staff to walk.

Yeah... but... he's old and stuff.

Or the slow walking limp is used as a method of disguise.  Admit it, you wouldn't expect that to happen.  That means it works.  ;)

With great power comes great responsibility. He is old yes, but in the force he can do many feats that his frame is incapable of. But rather than constantly use the force to support himself, he uses a stick. He has learned to draw on the force only when necessary, and not for personal gain. Therein lies the true secret to his strength.

I was a little bit disappointed. The acting (especially by the guy who played Anakin) was pretty weak. A lot of the story seemed slow up until the last half-hour or so. The action sequences kicked ass though, and it was still a huge improvement over ep. 1 though, fortunately.

A lot of people have been dogging the guy who played Anikin, and his delivery of some lines was a bit wooden, but you have to admit, some of the "looks" he gave (as in foreshadowing his turn to the dark side and such) were awesome.

Just saw it two days ago, it ruled, dialogue was bad, Yoda fight scene was great. Miss Portland is awesome.

I liked it.

Didn't love it, but liked it.

Interesting how everone is raving about Yoda - to me, it seemed......wrong.

Perhaps it's because, despite the Force, he seems much too young, especially when we see him in RotJ, only, what...60 yrs later?  Perhaps his movements are too fluid, or perhaps that fight was a little too flamboyant (sp?).  Seriously, the quadruple rolling was pretty cool, but why would Yoda execute 4 flips when he only needs 1?

Aside from that -- the scenes with Anakin & Padme were tedious and painful, the action (with the exception of the Yoda bit) was just about perfect, and the movie didn't suck nearly as bad as Ep I.
