Beldurin, do you have a blender? If so, you can make your own shakes.
BTC, you are right. Codeine IS fun. Beldy, make sure you don't take too much. I did, and my body adapted to it, so it didn't work anymore. If it stops working, go to a doctor and have him prescribe something different.

damn Beldy, wish I could email myself over there.
I remember the milkshakes, but not the bleeding.
I wish they would tell you, "btw, you will wake up in a room you've never seen" and I wouldn't be so confused...
They're right, easy on the meds, don't adapt to them.
Every day will be hell, but less hell than the day before.
I'm here if you can type again, d00d.

all four of mine were impacted, one came out in many pieces. Lucky for me (I suppose), my mouth is rather resiliant and I had a speedy recovery. The biggest thing I can say is make sure you drink lots of water, I can't stress it enough. The worst part is when you can actually eat solid food again, but it's really slow 'cause your jaw can't move for shit.
edit: oh and for me at least, the worst pain came the day after the surgery.

Just try not to think about the blinding, throbing pain. Just put that pain out of your mind totally. If something reminds you of pain then try to focus on something else. Your friends are here and don't want to see you even think about the pain for a second.
hope everything gets better quick.

I had that done a couple years ago...
My recipe against pain was to listen to jazz... bebop recordings by Charlie Parker. They're so crazy you actually forget about the pain... metal/hard rock stuff might do, too.
Good luck, man.

Are you sure that wasn't a veterinary licence on the wall?
