I think it depends on how much time you have been around people of a certain ethnicity ... there are differences, but some may not be quite as noticeable to the unaccustomed eye.

Any of you been to Hawaii? The white person is a strong minority, and even exposed to racial prejudice. Kinda funny when put into context with other places on the mainland.
btw, my gf is full Japanese, about 5'10", and not skinny (i.e. has clevage).
