Liney, I know what you mean but are you saying that that's what the guys say to girls or what the girls say? In my experience, the girls get more uppity about other girls' weight than boys do.
Unfortunately, it is the guys as well. When I was younger, I've gone through about 5 years of being constantly called "fat 'n' ugly" by most people, including a lot of guys, although it was never true. Guys are even more insulting often, especially when they don't wanna accept a girl is better at school or whatever, they try to insult her. My sister is 14, and I can see she's being put through about the same thing by the people in her class - she won't even wear a skirt to school because she's scared of what people are gonna say about her legs. And again, it is not only girls making those unfriendly comments!
About being blonde, I am not especially proud of being blonde. In fact, I've already thought about getting some reddish strands died in my hair... I'll have to think about that as you guys all seem to prefer non-blondes!
