jesus christ you are an idiot. PUBLIC means it is funded with TAXPAYERS money, therefore, the PUBLIC owns it. This site was paid for by EDITOR, making it a PRIVATE (EDITOR's) site. Just because any joe blow moron (present company included) can surf and post here, doesn't mean everyone has the right to post here.

true, but since nothing is barring joe shmoe from accessing the forums, this site is not publicly owned, but it is accessible by the public.
