Are your speakers magnetically shielded?
In the move, did you place any other AC device closer to the monitor than it was before? Chargers etc.

I had a similar problem with a workstation once. A high power battery charger was on the floor and the monitor input cable was looped down near it.
Try moving that if it's not a shielded cable..

You can also buy "ferrets"(sp?) for a reasonable price that clip onto monitor cables and do a fine job of shielding.
