even better.
If you can do it wrap the wires in tin/aluminum foil and ground it to something.
all your trying to do is take the RF noise being generated by the power lines and send it to ground.

In retrospect, I would get another monitor in the same place and see if it's screwed too.
That would eliminate the monitor, leaving the PC and the power as the possible culprits.
Mine gets wobbly too, I just whack it.
