OK, so it's not all proportion ... it's all about ... damn it, well I'll try to put it into english -
It's a combination of things. Size is just one of the many factors, including tone, pertness, height of girl, relative size, ratio of chest/waist/hips ... all in all it does come down to them being part of a large whole - the girl in general.
And guys - if you've got a boob fetish and you're thinking "geez, if she could grow another size and a half, she'd be perfect" about some girl on your floor, remember this - gravity does wonders.
