it's not my nick -- my real nick is syf0n. However, seeing as it's still banned from the boards (just taken from me, look at the email addy -- excellent for pwd retrieval) I can't use it. I switched to 'syf' because it's what people in IRC use to address me (easier to type, I guess).Cool, though I don't really care. Now, I'm saying this ONE TIME for the record. 9/10 "flames" I make on this here intarnet billitin board are inside jokes. The "inside" would consist of the operators of this board and several other people, as I have mentioned before, so this happens to be a fairly convenient place for me to post them. From now on, it's obvious that I'll be needing to EXPLAIN MY JOKES. I think it's high time this thread got left for dead, because it's obvious most of you folks aren't too quick on the humor aspect. Hey, maybe that's because you're not on the "inside" -- as I'm sure someone will mention! But that would just lend itself to my point...interesting... OK...now...no one reply! Let it die quietly! and no, that's not an attempt to stop you from flaming me -- it's an attempt to stop everyone, including myself, from doing so much of it, as per spydir's request. Fine, a reasonable request and one I feel I can honour.
Just please don't ask for the same thing a week from now when you feel you have to start a thread or post on one with another 'inside joke' that's bound to get noticed and flamed.
Consider that perhaps 'inside jokes' are just that and keep them between you and whoever it is you share them with. Sharing them on such a public forum is not exactly sensible, is it?

Richard, change "CHASE" in your coupon to "JASON" and see what happens. See my point? The ONLY reason you're not banned in these forums again is that Jason hasn't seen you do anything wrong yet, but if you keep posting insults or other "syfhumor" in the public BB targeted at him or I, don't be all that surprised when attempting to load detonate results in a page full of gay porn. It's happened before, and I anticipate you're going to do something to piss off cr0 again, so it's going to happen again.

Chase, are you under the impression that Jason doesn't make fun of you too? Reference "/points" for evidence. The bottom line is that I'm not making any low blows here, and there aren't any pictures of any of us as small children involved. The coupon above is a standard in the brand of humor we regularly practice in private directories, over the phone, or in bed with your mom. So don't try to condemn me for making something that more than one person in our circle has laughed at. Besides, I'm twisting your arm with completion of a forum skin! Hah! Really, come on. It's not like I made you out to be a starving child or something. And I certainly didn't 'hack' your VPN (you know those mad skillz and r00t kitz I got). Nor did I....uhm...yeah, that's it. CAAALLLMMMM DOOWWWNNN. I know you make fun of me too. I keep asking nicely, but no one listens: This thread needs to sink like a rock. So Chase...if it's that big a deal, use you 'uber god' status to delete it! I have nothing against it! I can't stand it when one-shot jokes turn into drawn out discussions. Kill this thread, it would be doing everyone a favor.
