Well, Urotsukidoji I looks a lot like Akira. I've seen the 3 parts of I, with the best part being the end of part 1 of I... when the 50 penii (penises?) are protruding from the hospital. Pretty messed.
I have also seen a little bit of III. It looked incredibly tame in comparison, and the animation was a lot nicer in III than I.
All I know is that I was scarred for a while after watching the first one. It wasn't so much about pr0n or sex as it was violence through rape mostly.
Damn, Japanese people are fucked up.

It's not really porn, but a series called Maze of the Haze is pretty strange, to say the least. Synopsis: Beautiful transsexual lesbian wizards fight an evil dynasyty of demons and the undead using magic robot armor. I love Japan...
