It's not so much expected, but it does make things a bit better. Esp. when your girl is giving you head, a little vocal encouragement is quite important. It's not always easy to look up, so vocal cues are the best way we have of knowing what is good and what's just okay. Same holds true for when your girl is on top and in charge, though not necessarily to the same extent. Also, if we girls are moaning a lot, and you guys are being totally quiet, it can make one a little self-conscious.

It's one of a couple of signatures I use. Being both from the south, and a female, it's a phrase I like to throw into conversations from time.
