i mean, the man is just a good actor. who cares if he's had some of the worst roles in history *cough* batman and robin *cough*.. i'd like to know who you think COULD've pulled that part off decently.

I'm not a big fan of his, but he was awesome in Out of Sight, as well as 3 Kings. Plus, he merely ties for the honors of the worst Batman ever (along with everybody but Michael Keaton).

Heck, I think he's actually cast pretty well in most of his movies. And, I can't wait to see him in Planet Of The Apes.

ahem.. I haven't seen "O Brother.." but I have seen the other two, and let me say this.. he is a 'decent' actor.. but I really think Clooney always gets parts that are ones that anyone can play. Haven't you ever watched a movie and said.. "Hey I could do that!" -- That's George Clooney.
