Another reason for Death Penalty

I've always believed that once someone is convicted of a capitol offense, they need to go ahead and execute them. It's the only way to prevent them from murdering other people, or commiting other crimes.

William Cosden Jr., was sent to a mental hospitol in 1967 for killing a woman. That should have been the end of it right there. "Kill the bastard" I say. But some people don't see it my way.

Cosden was then suspected of stabbing 14 yr old Katherine M. Devine to death in 1973. However, he wasn't convicted.

Next this guy who some people think deserves to live went on to rape someone 1976. He was convicted and is sitting in prison today at age 55.

Finally, 19 years later, technology has caught up with Cosden, and DNA evidence has linked him to the Murder of 14 year old Kathrine almost 20 years later. He still proclaims his innocence and told investigators he had sex with Devine but did not kill her. *cough*Bullshit*cough*

Bill Devine, the victim's father states "It's finished. There's a justice system, and it works,"

But does it? I don't think so. Had Cosden been executed back in 1967 for already killing a woman, Mr. Devine's daughter would still be here today. And the other woman that he raped would probably be a whole lot happier as well.
