A story on The Register says that there are a group of US PC users looking to sue some of the big name companies of computer manufacture. More Inside....

Lanchau Dan, Adam Selkowitz, Tim Swan and John Zahabian are using the claim that "A 20 GB Hard Drive only has 18.6 GB's of usable sspace. That is deceptive."

Now really people, is this nessecary? I mean stupid lawsuits like this are going to cause prices to sky rocket, or something totally stupid to take place.

Those listed in the lawsuit are: Apple Computer, Dell, Gateway, IBM, HP, Sharp, Sony and Toshiba.

Whats this world coming to? Next people are going to be filing suits against Microsoft because their computer crashed and they lost the big document they were working on. Hey you think we can sue Microsoft for making us upgrade?
