You read that right. Everything is settled. FW did not wish to see the community split up, so he transferred the domain to just_dave with the agreement that he still get to make news posts.

incubus has been admantant that we go back to cr0bar-style adminning of the forums, which basically means leaving everyone the hell alone and letting them say what they want... and it's been agreed all around that is how we're going to do things.
