Your logic is flawed because there would have been no DNA evidence, because he should have already been executed for killing the first woman. I don't give a flying ***** how retarded the guy is. If he can't tell the difference between "right" and "wrong" and this flaw cause innocent people to be killed, then ***** him.
But I don't even think that's the case, otherwise he wouldn't be pleading for his innocence, if he didn't know right from wrong.
And, even if he was an innocent executed, which seems to be the number one argument of anti-death penalty people, the point is moot.
The number of people convicted of crimes and later proved innocent is completed shaded by the number of convicted murders, rapists, and other high level criminals, who have lived to repeat their crimes several times over.
The original article didn't go into to much detail, but I think the pattern was clear. They ass was a perverted serial rapist and murderer. Not to mention pedophile.
