The power to weight ratio is so high on a bike that depending on where you put your center of gravity you can change what it does. If you lean forward the rear tire will break lose and you can do a rolling burnout, ie the first clip in the vid. If you lean back and center your weight over the rear tire you do a wheelie, ie the second clip in the vid. The front brake is not needed for either.

Ok if you mean "why they do the burnout so long, its stupid and eats up your tire." Its because they can and usually you do it to finish off a tire your about to change.

If you mean "why they do the burnout so long, that looks impossible." Its because these bikes are so damn powerful you can put it in 4th gear and burnout from a standstill. With you leaning foward they have like a 95\%-5\% weight distrobution. If they were to lean back they'd look like some of the people in the other video.
