Going back to the original topic of this thread, I'd have to say that EFnet does suck (dont bash me before you read what I have to say) mainly due to the fact that I can rarely get connected to it without trying about 100+ servers first, then getting bored and trying to connect one last time, and finally getting on.
Its the same for me (and many of my friends that dont live in the same town/city as a server) with all networks apart from IRCnet, which is one of the least secure networks (no nick/chan registration), but also one of the slackest ones there is (they dont give a crap who uses their servers for what so long as they dont win-nuke IRCops). As for cars, if I had the money, I'd just go for one of the top-of-the-range McLaren F1's (price circa £980,000). If you look up a specification sheet and general description on the net you'll find that its pretty hard to beat for anything at all. But since I dont have the money (and wont have any time soon) I'll just stick with my '87 Rover 216SE that cost me absolutely nothing.
