there was this guy in my math class last year(ooh...i like being able to say last year) who was the type who didnt realize he wasnt smart. on homework questions, after the teacher would tell us the right way to do it, and what the answer was, he would say (about 90\%) of the time "Well, i didnt get the same answer as you, but i found another way to do it!"...you would think by the third time of having the WRONG answer using his "alternative" methods, he would realize that he shoudl just fucking do it the way the teacher tells him. he did this all throughout 9th grade math too. it was funny in 9th though, cause the teacher eventually yelled "Youre wrong! your methods are not "different", THEYRE WRONG! Stop wasting everyones time and DO IT THE RIGHT WAY!!!" it was among the funniest things i have ever seen in my life.

I've stopped counting the number of times I've had to explain the difference between "online" and "offline" to somebody who makes 4 or 5 times the money that I do.

ya i hate stupid people. ive had a couple moments when ive said something stupid, but everyone does. its the 24/7 stupid people that i hate. and theres so many of them. it makes you want to pull some of the shit from Fight Club.

Yes, stupidity is universal.. completly.

I recently got a part-time job at the local Chevron Bulk Station. (Big gas station for commercial traffic) The main part of my job is dumping the used oil brought in for recycling. All we ask is:
1)Put used oil into a pail
2)Put lid on the pail
3)Don't fill pail with shit

Now, people can usually manage the first two but they aparently think we're also a garbage dump. They fill the oil pails 3/4 full with sticks and rags and used filters. Sometimes they just fill it up with water and pour oil on top so it LOOKS like its filled with oil.

Question: What the FUCK part of bring us your used oil instead of dumping it in ground sounds like please give us all your refuse covered in oil. Does Chevron translate into Universal Garbage Co. to these people?

I should point out that only about 1/3 of the oil is shit-ridden the rest is usually okay. This is just a non-computer/tech view of idiocy in the world.
