How to get a life.Step 1) (the hardest) Turn the frickin' puter' off. Just for a few hours at first, then gradually up to a day at a time.
Step 2) You'll now find yourself bored at first. A good place to start is a playground. Take a friend, or, if you still don't have friends yet, a family member. Try the teeter-totter or the swings. They're fun - yes, I'm being absolutly serious.
Step 3) Go into public places where you can find friendly people. Bars are a common meeting ground, but I suggest a club of some sort that you have interest in. They're usually more desperate for intelligent people and leadership. Also, churches tend to be highly fulfilling and full of open people.
Step 4) Yes, you can continue using the computer. But keep cutting down... maybe only to an hour or two each day. Things will gain momentum as you meet more people, and eventually you'll be in full possesion of your new life. Treat it carefully, for it's hard to regain if you lose it somewhere. Then come back to detnet and post your success story to motivate others.
