Men can be full-out raped by women, especially if they're somewhat drunk and she's sober, or they're drugged.
IMO, if anybody says "No" and starts pushing the other person off, it's gotta stop. Otherwise, it's rape.
But if you're fucking stupid enough to get hammered and fuck a person then you *regret having done so* later and *wish you had said no and pushed them off* it's not rape.
