What the hell are you talking about? It's still an urban legend, but what it's SUPPOSED to be is taking out someone's glass eye and boffing them in the empty socket.

I've heard both versions. The socket fucking is pretty twisted as it is, but I have stumbled upon a tutorial on strapping somebody living into a chair, drugging them up, then splitting the skull open or drilling a hole in the back. In either case... ewwwwwwww
