Not good.I mean hackers are bad, but life? Is that deserved? They are not Generally violent criminals.

As far as his attorneys were concerned, yah, he didn't do anything against America - but then again thats their job, and likewise, he wouldn't be expected to actually admit to anything, right?
As soon as he got legal counseling, they shut him up *really* quickly.
Do you really think that if we hadn't had military superiority from the get go, he wouldn't have just picked up a gun along with his Afghani buddies?
