Oh, you mean SBC? Yeah, SBC sucks pretty bad, but I dunno if they're worse than C&W.

True, it is SBC/Ameritech/Anixter (I think)...but while SBC does the billing now, the Ameritech folks still [don't] do the customer relations and service.

This is true, seems like SBC owns everything now.
