How many people here know other people from Detnet in real life?

One off the top of my head is kuru and askheaves. I do know that there are others...

Until very recently, I saw nautilus and kuru on a daily basis. And I have also recently met Chrissy.

aventari lives about 20 minutes away from me. i think.
but i have no intention of meeting him.
hell, i dont want to meet ANY of you. mainly because most of YOU people can drink legally, and i cant. heh heh heh.
but really, it would be too weird meeting people that you talk to on the internet. you know?

I'm with you Rhydant.
< TonyDennis >, < RenegadeSnark >, and < Mike > all live within a few miles from me. I really don't have a desire to meet any of them. I mean... Why would I?

I guess I'm not really opposed to it. I just don't really see the point.

L33T_h4x0r_d00d and Sithiee both live near me, about 30 minutes away. Not really sure if I have the desire to meet them. I would like to see L33T's car though.
Posted by CatKnight on May 28 2001,18:41
i live near you too teufel muahahaha!
Posted by Sithiee on May 28 2001,18:46
yeah, i think the only reason i would want to meet another detnetter is so i can drive (haha if he lets me) one of l33ts awesome cars. hell, even riding in one would rule.

L33T, I'm assuming that your car(s) are all manual right?
Sithiee, I remember you telling me that there is some guy I am supposed to beat up down at Tech next year. Who was it again and why I'm I supposed to kick his ass?

his name is greg brown. youll know him, hes got flame red over gelled spikes. hes super christian. hes a homo in denial. hes a super conservative. he likes little girls. no, seriously, he only goes after freshman and sophomores, and he seems to be after this one freshman who looks like shes a third grader. he likes little girls. places where hes likely to be seen: leading a tour of the campus to little high school girls, or you can check the local elementary and preschools. youll want to beat him up because hes annoying, he invites himself everywhere, and he follows people, and he also tends to not listen to what goes on in the conversation. then he expects you to miss what is currently going on so you can fill him in. he also has handwriting like a typewriter. apparently he will be studying business. and by studying, i mean failing. if you see him, just beat the shit out of him, but dont bother telling him why. itd be better that way.

The camaro and the chevelle are, the s10 isnt. The S10 is just to get around town with when the other two are in the shop and I can carry a small load with it. I really do enjoy rowing the gears. The growing trend seems to be running a 2 or 3 speed powerglide auto tranny with at pnumatic shift kit. Its an idiot setup. You get in and hit the gas when the light turns green. The car does everything for you.

As l33t knows, I drive also drive a S10. Its just your standard 4-speed auto. Yeah I wanted manual, but this was the perfect truck for my needs, and at WAY too good of a deal to pass up.

... I just realized this post is horribly off topic.. I'll fix that right up

I live in North-Central B.C !! Who lives nearby? *silence* Oh yeah.. noone.. there we go, all better now..
