Anyone know a good (freeware or with a serial) file grabber that I can set parameters for to pull them from sites?
ie: pics, exe's, movies, etc.

Cheers.

Do you mean something like napster but able to download any file type beside's mp3's?
I'm not sure about grabbing stuff for sites, but just an file sharing program, I use "MyNapster" it's not napster but it works pretty well. alien.gif

wget might do what you need - it's Free Software. It is primarily designed for getting a single URL, but it has a recursive mode and options to restrict what kinds of files it downloads. Though I'm sure you can find a better tool for scouring whole websites...

Perhaps WebZip from www.spidersoft.com
I know it's not freeware like u asked, but I'm sure u can find a serial on astalavista or something.

The way it works is you enter a url, and you set parameters for how you want it to download the site... so you can specify only movie files, only pics, etc... and it follows links too... current directory, current site, so many levels deep...

This is awesome for porno ;) just enter the url of a gallery page, and tell it to download all images from any level, and walla... u have your own porno stash :)

A friend of mine wrote a similar program last year for a project... If he gives me permission, I'll post a link to it for ya

Oooops, sorry.

My mate works at Claranet - free support and a fixed IP without extra costs.
Plus some other 'hidden' benefits.

Update:
Found a few like DOWNLOAD WIZ, but they require serials.
Can't find any, only pop-ups (grrrr.)

Bit more info on what I want, you enter a URL, it shows the website 'tree' and you select the pages to copy, then set the file types you want. knowwaddimean?
