Here is a quick color scheme I threw together during my lunch break.Comments? Anyone want to contribute?
The text is obviously from my already existing home page. I just reused the data.
All the topic images will change, so telling me that the blue in the Star Wars Galaxies Logo doesn't match, is no help....

The colors are good, the theme in the title font is a little overkill IMO ...maybe use that D with the chick and then just outline the rest of the letters with no chicks. It just strikes me as "Hey check out this cool font I got with naked chix in it". But, the layout is clean and the choice of colors is good. We can always get more nit-picky about the graphics later as well....and the poll in the picture said I voted already.

Make the letters just a bit more opaqe. It's hard to see them. And bring back the sillowet of the hot chick on the D! That would kick ass! I love the way the site looks and hope to see it live soon.

I know this is being nit picky, but could you make the letters like 2-5% more opaque? It's almost perfect, just still a touch on the tough side to read. Since we all know what it says, it's easy to read it right now, but for people who haven't seen or heard of the site, it might be a little hard at first. And thanks for putting the bond babe back! Makes the joint feel kinda classy

I'm getting negatives from my friend about the chick... not classy enough. Personally I like it. But what's really missing is a nice cheshire grin on a stupid smiley. Or make the "O" more l33t as a "0". I realize it's a mock.. but the thickness on the D border should be the same as the other letters and the fire on the bomb should look similar to the backgrounds style. Otherwise, it's bad ass, and even if it stuck exactly how it is now, I'm happy. Good work, Jim.

Actually, the lit fuse could actually be done to look more like a real fuse...a little more sparks and not as much flame...?I like the flame background...cause those who just skip by the site don't really see all the flaming in the back (ie forums)...get it...anyways, never take an art class.

All good suggestions. However, as I've stated. I'm really not that good with Photoshop.The 'D' and the rest of the letters are 2 completly different fonts, so it'd be difficult to match the border thicknesses.
And as for the spark on the fuse, it was the best I could do...
I really didn't have any intension of doing all the graphics, but I figured I'd at least toss together something... Very easy to swap stuff out later.
And Richard was actually kind enough to send me a bunch of the original detnet files used. A few fonts and a few .psd files.
I could always whip something up with Headphone Dude™ instead?

The starwars galaxys logo doesnt match...And i made the BEST scheme for detnet! i made an outline for the front page for it. It is really good graphics so it might take a minute to load.

That .bmp file just crushed 2 vietnamese kids. Why dont you try something a little lighter next time like maybe .anythingfuckingelsebutabmfuckingp or .jpg?
