Yay I'm 16 finally. I not only get to drive but I can enter all those contests that say 16 or older legally now! Stay off the roads.

Happy birthday, and what contests that you have to be over 16?? I have heard tons of things saying you have to be over 18 but never 16. I mean you can't even watch a rated R movie withought adults being with you.
